Frederic Lucas-Conwell, Ph.D, President

Frederic Lucas-Conwell, is an accomplished organizational development consultant and serial entrepreneur who over the past 10 years has achieved an impressive track record implementing Predictive Index in hundreds of companies including start-ups, growth companies, and Fortune 500s. Frederic began his career 20 years ago in France and Japan at MDTVision, now a division of IBM. In 1989. he founded a CAD/CAM company that launched innovative simulation software worldwide and served as a VAR for HP, Sun Microsystems, and IBM. The company developed quickly and was successfully sold in 1998.

Transitioning to organizational and management consulting,Frederic built the French market for PI Worldwide from a start-up. His consulting activities have led him to work with companies on five continents and in 32 countries. During the Internet bubble, he conducted the first study of the characteristics of leading French high-tech entrepreneurs. He recently conducted another innovative study on the technology evangelists of the Silicon Valley.

Coupled with solid expertise in management, organization and human resources, Frederic Lucas-Conwell holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior, a master’s degree in General Economic Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. His doctoral thesis was conducted on the use of personality measurements by C-suite executives and HR management.
